Our Process


You can arrange a free estimate by calling/texting us at (236-599-8048) or by filling out our estimate form. We will meet with you to go over your parking lot condition, determine the best time to paint for the least amount of disturbance to your business, and discuss what you can expect from us.

Our meetings with you can be conducted in-person, via video call, over the phone, or through text. We will go through your options, offer any suggestions, and answer any questions you may have.

Additionally, clients who book with us will receive a 3-day email and/or text reminder before the scheduled estimate, ensuring you are well-prepared for our meeting.


Once the estimate is completed, we'll provide it to you by email or in-person. If you're ready to proceed with the job, you can let us know by phone, text, or by email.

Please note that for projects over $2000, a 50% deposit or signed contract may be required to secure your booking.


Once you approve your estimate, we'll prioritize scheduling your project as quickly as possible, taking into account our current workload and availability. To help you plan, we'll send you a reminder email or text 7 days before the project starts, followed by a weather update 1 day before.

Since weather can be unpredictable, we always prioritize safety and your satisfaction. If conditions such as strong winds or rain occur during the project timeframe, we will contact you promptly to discuss rescheduling options.

On the day we start, we’ll set up pylons to safely block off the necessary areas and ensure a safe environment for painting. If your business operates 24/7, we’ll work closely with you to minimize any disruption during the project.


Upon completing the project, we’ll notify you and provide the final invoice. If you have any questions or need anything else at that time, just let us know.

For your convenience, we accept payments via cash, cheque, e-transfer, credit card, or online payment.
