Limitation of Liability

Safety First Line Painting strives to provide high-quality line painting services. However, we are not liable for:

  • Damages or losses arising from factors beyond our control, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, or property damage.
  • Non-compliance with local regulations or changes in regulations after our service completion.

Scope of Work

Our services are based on the information and requirements provided by the client. Any deviations from standard regulations or unforeseen conditions at the site may impact the final results.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Ensuring the information provided is accurate.
  • Preparing the site according to our recommendations.
  • Moving vehicles away from areas to be painted before work begins. A $100 callback fee may apply if blocked access requires a return visit.

Any additional work required due to inaccurate information or unprepared sites may incur extra charges.

Payment Terms

  • Due Date: Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.
  • Late Payments: A 3% monthly fee will be applied to late payments. If an invoice remains unpaid for more than 3 months, it may be sent to collections, and the client will be responsible for any associated collection fees.
  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash, cheques, e-transfers, credit cards, and online payments.
  • Deposits for Large Projects: For projects over $2000, a 50% deposit or signed contract may be required to secure the booking.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of client-initiated termination after the contract has been signed, a restocking fee equal to 20% of the estimate total will apply.

Weather Policy

  • Painting is not recommended when temperatures fall below 4.5°C, as per manufacturer requirements.
  • Projects may be rescheduled due to rain forecasted 24 hours before or after the scheduled start time, as well as if winds exceed 15 km/h.

Dispute Resolution

We are dedicated to finding fair and satisfactory solutions in the unlikely event of any disagreements. Should initial attempts to resolve disputes prove unsuccessful, we will seek assistance from a mediator or arbitrator to facilitate resolution in a professional manner.

Changes to Terms

Safety First Line Painting reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
